Unable to access my Salary.

I have been struggling with African bank now for a month to get my account opened after it's been placed on hold I need to take my son to Durban today as he needs to go to the hospital. I have decided to give it till 08:30 if my account is not opened by that time I am going to the police station to open a case of theft against African Bank as they are now *****ing my Salary that has been paid in on the 24th and I am unable to access it and I will also be phoning the Ombudsman to lodge a complaint and I will be going to see a lawyer I have had enough of this as I have been a client with you guys and this is the way I get treated.
