Unable to Access Account - Urgent Resolution Needed

I have not been able to log into my African Bank account since yesterday. I’ve tried both the mobile app and online banking via a web browser, and reached out via social media, but there has been no progress. This is extremely frustrating as I need to access my funds and move money to another functioning bank. I urgently need this issue resolved.
