*****ulent Staff at Berea Centre coparating with *****ulent Call Center agent . I am so disappointed at African Bank Berea Centre Durban,Today I visited the branch and requested a early withdrawal on Tax free however the consultant by the name of Xolisile works with a Call Centre Agent by the name of Marvin who I spoke with him over the phone . They didn't do what I requested and they took my money without telling me and they place it on 7 days,what a bummer 😕😔The money just disappeared on my account they also charged me R183. 00 . I according to my understanding African Bank is listed as Good Corporating Governance Bank which includes Accountability, Responsibility, Transparency Fairness and Risk management. I didn't expect the consulted to take decision on my account without them notify me what was happening,no apology and I was get to know when they Another agent had to call me again and request me to do another transaction . It a bull**** bank I don't want to use this bank ,you can move money from my account with my concern.
