*****ulent arrears created on my loan account

This is one stupid and nonsensical bank with poor customer service and consultants that lack training!

I took a loan with them in November and they failed to do a debicheck mandate! They cannot debit my account and that created arrears for me and they listed me negatively with the beurau .

I have e-mailed them, called and visited the branch in Springs many time to try and resolve this they still failed to assist.

They don't respond when I reach out to them. African Bank is a huge ****!!!!

I paid over R2000 last month and they allocated it to clear arrears, arrears created by their incompetence !

Allocate the payment to my loan account! And clear your arrears by yourselves and not my money! I want them removed and my payment must reduce my initial loan amount not arrears created by your foolishness.

I don't want to talk to any consultant but the senior manager. I'll write about you in all social platforms and approach the Ombuds.
