Two installments in one month

I got a loan from African Bank my installment is R3200.00 by debit order as arranged the debit order should be going off on the on the 1st of every month, it is understandable if the 1st fall on a Sunday then it goes over to the 2nd of the month, but instead the debit order went off on the 25th - an unpaid cost is on my account because African Bank decided to take it off on the wrong date, then 3 days after that on the 28th it went off again, another unpaid fee was charged to my account, this is unacceptable due to African Bank that does not have their dates correct I get a bad name and extra costs.<br> <br> On the 2nd of February 2015, an instalment went off of R3200.00 and again 4 days later they took another R3200.00 that is a total of R6400.00 in one month, unacceptable, I went to the Witbank Branch a few times and they said they will reverse one payment, and still nothing has been done.<br> I find the service is not up to standard and neither their customer relationship, they were rude and unhelpful.
