Trying to debit accounts early that the contractual dates

I see I just got an sms that you are debiting our accounts on the 12th. 3 days before you decided to do it, you sent out an sms. You WILL NOT debit my account early! I am not getting paid early. If you cause another failed debit order on my account, I will lodge another complaint with the ombudsman. I repeat, DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT EARLY!
