Treating customers bad and very bad service

I am.so angry. I have made an arrangement with African bank to debit R300 month end. But they took all my money R1752 on the day we did not even agree upon. I told them and explained to their consultants that I had some financial.strains. now they took my last money and I cant even reverse the debit order have to go to the branch. I am so.****ed
