Total waste of time

<p>I am so upset with African Bank for wasting my time. I will never recomend any one to make use of their service. They are pathetic and ***********. I app**** for a loan, which they approved for 3 different amounts. All my papers was submitted, at the Tzaneen branch in Tzaneng mall. The consultant confirmed via email from head office that everything was approved and in order. They even send me an sms to congratulate me. Today however is a different story. Now they tell me, that they can only approve a smaller amount, one which by the way i spend with my extra pay. and dont need.</p> <p>Why waste all this time, when they have no clue what they are doing.? now my credit score is also affected by this. Really, get better training and do just appoint staff because you have to. I hope no one ever make use of them again. </p>
