Took my money

I am so disappointed with African bank they took my money twice.i tried calling them the lady on the phone said they will call me within 48hours and gave me a reference number still no response.i myself made a follow up but no one is willing to assist me or help me.

I saved that money for transport now am not going to work because African bank decided to take my money and no one is assisting me.that bank is a ****.am never trusting that bank again
