Too Slow and Poor Service Overall

For a small bank that is trying to rebuild it's image after their collapse a few years ago, African Bank have surprisingly slow and poor service. You'd expect to have this kind of behavior from the bigger banks who don't really care too much about what the customers think because they know you need their range of services anyway. I really wonder how Capitec Bank does it? I app**** for a personal loan from FNB a few years ago which was 10 times bigger than the one I app**** for at African bank and I remember waking up to a notification of the transfer the following morning. Now it's been a week and African Bank are still trying to finalize my loan application. Almost all reviews I have been seeing have been of people complaining about their turnaround time for loan application. They certainly need to look into their processes again.
