time to collect debt have passed by law
my husband had a loan like yeeeeeears back, in the 1990's, and he lost his work and reported it to them. they were quiet till now 5 years back, wanting after more than 7 years after the initial loan time to collect. our lawyer sorted it out in court as \verjaring\" already took place, and it was written off. but my husband is still listed since 2001 on the itc i think, making it diff for him to get loans, and the law state that listing taken off after 5 yrs and its been much longer is there a way or who can we speak to and the collection companies are regularly phoning him to get him to pay on something the court said is written of<br> <br> *** ghr cooper ***"

so, we are still having this problem, he is still listed on all the itc's!!! give an email where i can respond to with the court paper, as to have this african bank listing to be taken off...... asap
