I would like to express my appreciation as a happy new Client :)

As a new Client at African Bank, I must say that I did not expect such a warm welcome from the Agent I spoke to (Thumeka from Savings & Investments). I called just before her knock-off time and she was kind enough to help me even after her knock-off time. She did not mention it to me and I would have not known if I had not asked her. She was very calm, professional and kind throughout the call. She displayed excellence in her service – she truly represented the Bank well. I am so delighted to have dealt with her, she is a great example of “Customer Service & Client Satisfaction”. I can guarantee you that with such amazing service, the Organization will have no issues retaining Clients.

I am very pleased with her excellent customer service, she is professional and very friendly. She is a great example to us all. Having said that, I think it would be great for her to coach her peers/colleagues on good customer service. I also hope that recognition is given to such amazing employees. Thumeka is a keeper and by that I mean an asset to the Organization – better recognize that!

Thumeka, keep up the good work. I know it is not easy having to deal with Customers/Clients, more so when they are irate. It is a demanding job and you have to put Clients first at all times because it is considered to be the “right thing” to do. I always look forward to deal with people like you, people that genuinely assist and go the extra mile to better the situation. Your positive attitude will take you far in life.

Thank you to the Manager and Team Leader, I always say that good leadership rubs off to the team. Therefore, your contribution does not go unnoticed.
