Poor service, So my brother took a loan from this bank, money was transferred to his account, on his way home he received SMS of transactions being made on his account, About 80K was taken and we immediately called the bank, they then said their forensic department will investigate, to date we still not getting assistance, what they do is to debit his monthly repayment. This is Evil

15 Sept 2022, 08:05Dear African Bank, After I wrote this here you decided to call my brother and tell him to come to the bank and you then say to him that you have refunded the money, this is not enough as we need to know what happened with the first money that disappeared. I believe we have the right to know what happened to the money, how do you expect us to trust you and leave money in the same account? A few months back you said your forensic department was investigating and you would give a report, as customers we need to know who did the ***** and what action you took. We are seeking legal help for this as the money taken was for a business opportunity that we have then last due to this. we need answers please!!!
