This bank is really out to make people broke

I have 2 installments with african bank. The big amount they get on time always(despite me asking for a relook at my installment amount and the refuse, they actually ignore me) and another smaller amount. The smaller amount the keep debiting me before my payday although they know when I get paid and that leaves my account overdrawn. Now the payment hasnt been received as that money goes to overdrawn charges. I asked the collections manager to call me, doubt that is going to happen, so until then, you will get your money in May.
