This bank is playing with our lives. Legal action

I have been waiting for weeks to get an update on whats going with the loans that have incorrectly billed over the years. And every Month they are charging interest and every Month it's increasing. How can you let something like happen. How is it possible that this can't be reconciled and fixed. You are holding clients to debts for 7 years now. I will be taking legal action.
