Think 3 minutes? Think again...

I've been putting off opening an account with African Bank for quite some time now however I finally bit the bullet a few days ago and decided to "open an account in 3 minutes" as the site promises.

Well here I am four days later still waiting for my application to be reviewed with nothing more than a message asking me to rate their online process and another telling me that I can download the app (which I did but it's useless without an actual account).

Not impressed at all so far
