I have submitted all my insurance documentation and submitted new company letters and pay slips EVERY month to prove that my salary has been impacted - African Bank has processed the insurance claim once in 4 months and my account has just been debited AGAIN! People cannot afford your incompetence at the moment! Disgusting! Sit on the phone waiting for a consultant for 18 minutes and then just get hung up on!
