I have taken a loan with this bank 7 years ago, however i had a financial setback so i made arrangements to pay, and than when my issues were sorted out I decided to free my account with by this time i was already handed over to their lawyers who had given a call to and asked them to arrange for me to free my balance owing i managed to do this in October last year and they even sent me a written up letter which I have sent to these lawyers ( Credit works) now i am still recieving messages that states I need to pay this is now damaging my records with credit bureu
