Here we go again. I have paid off my credit card and I have requested a settlment letter a month ago , I send all my document this customer documents and the person I spoke to last said it was no longer active but today I get a call from nrb saying I owe them lawyers fees as I have not paid my credit card . I will not pay as African bank has issues with their receipting.and have for the last year. So fed up.
