They service sucks

I would not do business with African Bank in the future.

I bought airtime worth R400 on the 27th of Oct 2023. I didn’t receive it and logged a query immediately. To date I haven’t received it yet and I’ve been calling customer service numerous times with no help.

I’m kept on the line until my airtime is finished and they don’t call back.
