They go awol on me

I wrote a review on the 21st February 2024, and my query was closed without giving me any proper feedback. That's what they are good at ignoring their customers' concerns same happened back in 2014. May I kindly have feedback on my initial query dated the 21 February 2024 your service is shocking and poorly!
