THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don`t know where to start.... AFRICAN BANK IS JUST PLAIN DISGUSTING

What a horrible experience at African Bank Woodmead. I app**** for a loan through the Woodmead branch, Joyce the manager / consultant helped me , made me a promise to make sure I would get a call back. NEVER HAPPENED . Phoned a week later , only to find that I was **** to and the phone put down in my hear. She just does not care about customer service or the reputation of African Bank

I am very upset and disappointed with African Bank and African Bank Woodmead branch.
