They decide for you...they are so selfish!!!

I was on strike at work and my account fell behind but I called them to make arrangements, they didn't even appreciate that at least I show that I want to pay them...the only thing they told me was that they will continue to deduct the usual instalment and the arrears, later that year they sent me the SMS saying they can extend my term but with the same instalment...it's either I approve or decline...wow without telling the terms of extension, they only told me when I approved them but I was in the dark about everything. They really lack customer care they need to check with other financial institutions on how they run their businesses. Now I am stuck with this huge balance and I don't know how did it arrive there. My credit card is up to date with no arrears but they say I should keep on paying as they've cancelled it...that was another surprise because I will pay for something I do not use any more and they'll be adding their useless interests. I am just praying to finish them and walk away for good. People please run away from African Bank, they don't care about you.
