They continue *****ing money from our accounts

African bank called me and I was made to believe that they cleared 50% of the amount they paid into my credit card account without me knowing, they even sent a debicheck but to my surprise that is not the case i have to pay the amount the full amount they decided to pay into my account and hide it from my transaction history, when you call their call centre they also don’t know all they do is to log complaints that will be later cancelled without any feedback, whoa I’m tired of this bank😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. Can this please be rectified immediately or also I will stop paying this account until this is rectified
