They are failing to pay my money since last year October

I deposited money in my 10 days notice, it was 2 deposits ,but they only credited one amount..I deposited R1500 2 times..but they are refusing to credit the other amount.i went to the branch more than 6 times but they couldn't help me...I tried reaching African bank through Facebook, Twitter and emails.but still you don't want to pay me money...I was told that i should send my bank statements, and proof of payment.but still they didn't pay me..
