THEIR SAVINGS PLAN IS A **** !!!!!!!!
Last year March I took a tax free savings for 1 year period. The consultant didn't advise me that If I dont withdraw the following March it will automatically continue another year. I went to their branch today as its April to my suprise i was charged penalty close R500. No one told me that I have to visit the branch on March to serve notice and I completef my 1 year period. I dont understand why I have to be charged a penalty for withdrawing
