Their information is out of date

I was called ;y them and was offered a considering loan. When I went throu all the questions, the loan was refused. Their reason was that I am under debt review. The fact is that my name has n cleared years ago. I feel this is bad service and they would not phone people when their system shows they can't get a loan.
