The worst customer service ever, they are so horrible and rude and don't wish to assist their customers, all I asked was to find out if a loan has been processed and the agent kept on saying failed the security questions, what the blady hell I gave u my personal details which matched and u damn worried abt security questions😡not interested in assisting the customers as long as they getting a fat salary that's all matters, don't gv a **** Abt customers, please go hire people that has a heart to help and is happy to do their job, puts me totally off will never be using African bank again!!! **** service!!!
