the worst bank ever. should have listened to my sister

i took a rescheduling on my account ...wow on the 3rd month they are calling me telling me about arrears..i asked the consultant but it was an arrangement but which now i need to pay immediately, they said if the arrears are not paid immediately they will have interest well this is when i learned that AB only cares about money and the higher interest but not about the people. i should have just took a loan with my bank.
