The worst bank ever

What a pathetic bank with poor online functionality and an even worse call centre. I app**** online for a small personal loan, and tried to complete the application on the bank's dysfunctional internet banking, but no luck. It then took me an hour on the phone, and three consultants later, to discover that I do not qualify as I am self-employed. Could African Bank not perhaps filter applications as bit more carefully? And as for the rude way the final consultant informed me that my application was declined.... stay away from this dicey bank!
