The WORST bank ever

I tool out a loan and not long after that i had it paid up entirely and closed the account/loan. Over a year has passed now and I tried to apply for something else and could not be approved as it still says that i am paying them for the loan that I settled with them. I immediately contacted them and them of the situation and they advised they would clear it on their system. till today, they have not done anything and still showing that i am paying them for something I settled over a year ago. NEVER EVER will I do anything them and will not recommend them to anyone.
