THE REASON FOR DEPRESSION!

The most despicable institution ever! A few years ago I went into the bank, requested to extend my term. They offer a 3mnth reprieve. Done on the telephone. The reduced amount was never reversed as promised. A year and some later I'm hit with a surprise because I can't get a cellphone contract. I've been paying a reduced amount and now am in arrears. I contact the Ombudsman, African Bank for these supposed "all calls are recorded " and everyone says I was supposed to reverse the payments but nobody shares the recording where they offer a 3month reprieve and automatic reversal to the actual amount. Now I get a debt counselor involved, I get a 70% settlement amount from one consultant, a week later they send a settlement letter of 2%. Recorded, emailed etc. Now I can't settle the account. Their systems are never updated, they responses change from person to person, it's a mess. I've been hospitalized twice with depression. They PLACE you in a space of bad credit and don't allow you to fix it! It's deplorable!
