The most useless accounts department at African Bank

On the 24th Aug I received a settlement letter from this bank for the amount of R881.42 in which that amount was paid. So today I received a statement from this bank stating I still own R337.86 - are you people on drugs???

What is the reason for a settlement discount and it was settle as agreed and now you tell me I still own you R337.86??? Seriously!!!!!

I am telling you know - you better sort this out and clear my account or we will have a problem in court!!! Do yourself a favor and charge this to the useless person who is dealing with this account, because this bank wont get a sent further from me. If you dont like it - well that you freaken problem!
