The lies and deceit of African Bank .

Does African Bank pay the consultants to lie or are they just stupid that that can not understand. I have been requesting a change in debit and have made several calls to them with all agreeing to the agreement but the required confirmation of change of the debit date still comes as the 15th. I am so tired of trying to deal with african bank but as much as I try to keep to my arrangements, african bank lies and does something else. I requested a change in my debit order date to end of the month but still they send me an sms, thanking me for arrangement that will be debited on the 15th. IS THIS BANK SO STUPID THAT THEY CANT DO THE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS. AFRICAN BANK IS QUICK TO GIVE YOU A LOAN,BUT PEOPLE DONT BOTHER AS ALL THEY DO, IS GO AGAINST THE AGREEMENT ONCE THEY GIVE YOU THE LOAN. It has been over 4months and every month they go against my arrangement. Worst bank ever. They lack communication skills, most of the consultants cant even help you.
