Quick on providing a loan, slow on sending accurate statements. Phoned in to arrange deductions from my mom's account, consultant said I need a affidavit giving permission, 3 months bank statement and that I need to visit the branch, get all these things go to the branch and they tell me no they can't do it cos it's not my account
