The Bank that keeps taking

Firstly I have been banking with them for the last 3 years, I have a loan of which gets deducted as soon as my salary gets paid into my My World account, but I constantly have arrears, secondly they offer you loans but upon applying you do not qualify, not even on an overdraft, even if you receive your salary into your My world account and lastly I have been declined loans at other institutions because they do not deal with African Bank users. Now how is it that I am giving and giving and my Bank can't even assist me in my time of need. I wish to close my account as this bank is just taking and taking and cant even assist when you need them!
