Thank you for the bad service

Gaad day I had a nice experience from African Bank thank GOD I'm done with them I went Friday 27 July to go and sellte my account after taking a loan for 70k Big mistake After paying 140k I asked for a discount at 11:40am I got an SMS that told me I can get a settlement discount of 10% which was goooood okay so my settlement account was R3510.45 I then asked for the R10.45 to be s****ped thinking they would at leased take the settlement okay they said NO Chance so I went and paid the R3511. 00 as 55cent would really not **** me as the stupid R10. 45 they would not let go of after settling I start account closure thanks for that 10 minutes after setting I got an SMS that stated that I qualify for 20% so nice thank you for that not to far from the branch I taught I could at least get refund for the difference and guess what they said NO very good service NEVER AGAIN LOVE THE GOOD WORK
