Terrible Terrible & disgusting

My wife received a call from a lady named Eunice a representative from African Bank, unfortunately i had problems with my mobile phone and it happened that i was using her phone that day for business issues, my wife had skipped her premium for her car installment as it is financed by African Bank and days earlier she had made an attempt to make an arrangement but she was sent fro pillar to post, this lady (Eunice) phones my wife's phone and i picked up, she told me she needs to speak to my wife, i wanted to explain to her when she must phone back and why i had her phone just to be kind, so i kindly asked her \where she is phoning from?"and she asked me \""why..\"" with a terrible attitude"
