Terrible service unhelpful consultants

African Bank is really terrible bank to apply for a loan I have done an completed an application on Monday the 6/6/22 I called on the 7/6/22 to check my application was told to resend documents which I have done it's now the 9/6/22 an still nothing I called in again today now I'm told to send a letter confirming employment why not send me a Mail or SMS saying that this document is still outstanding the consultants working in the sales an customer service don't know what they are doing if I could give a zero rating I would
