Terrible service from the consultants.

The branch at Fourways Mall is terrible to say the least.

The staff do their job but with such an attitude and rudeness. Honestly this put me off of African Bank and I stopped using the bank immediately after experiencing this.

And it's not just one employee it's all of them. You greet and no one responds and they assist with an attitude. And this is a branch where one has to come back to for assistance. This really puts people off.
