TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM AFRICAN BANK

African bank keeps debiting my account on days which I did not ask for, this is the 3rd time this has happened, I have a cheque account which charges me R150 for each bounced debit order. Can African Bank please stop debiting my account when they feel like, I called the agent this morning and asked her, what their system says for debiting my account, she confirmed its the 27th of each month, then why for the 3rd time are they debiting me on the wrong date? I am sick and tired of African bank giving themselves rights to my bank account on a date we have not agrees upon! I do not recommend anyone to take up loans with African Bank!
