terrible service

Good day, I did a loan application on 2 June 2022. i uploaded all my documents but was still told i needed to submit bank statement, on Monday 6 June I went to the Krugersdorp branch where i was assisted, we uploaded documents, did a debit check and i was given card, ON MONDAY 6 June i received an email to say the application was successful and the funds would reflect in 48 hours, Yesterday after waiting the mandatory 48 hours it was discovered that nobody had reviewed my application and that additional documents were needed. i uploaded again. Today i was told the application was escalated but still nothing its now been 1 full week doing this application for a loan that apparently takes 48 hours
