Terrible service at the call center
I just called the call center to enquire about my account and I spoke to a very unprofessional bunch one of them was EMMANUEL MUNYAI, Who reports to LERATO THEMA in head office Midrand. He utterly refused to get a manager for me and told me to go fly a kite. This bank is the worst of them all!!!! Stay away!!!!
