Terrible Service at African Bank

I have never been treated with such disdain and lack of professionalism at African Bank. I went to their branch on Monday and Thursday afternoon without any help or resolution to my request as a client. The vision that states "for the people, by the people, serving the people" is proven to be a lie. Fix your systems and your customer care. Aggrieved client at the Protea Glen Branch.
