Terrible Service

Had a horrible experience at the Menlyn branch...Was assisted by a very stupid disrespectful employee called Dikeledi Chephape. Requested a stamp confirming I don't have any accounts at the branch, which I don't. While sitting there she was busy doing a cross word puzzle, with one of her earphones in ear...she then request for my finger print, and after some time she says she will be asking me security questions, as the system cant pick up my finger print(daa I don't have an account with you) talk about stupidity....
