Terrible Service

I raised a dispute with clear score on 27 December 2023,as the app mentioned I missed a payment with African Bank,

Due to this I cannot apply for any credit or a new cellphone contract which has now become urgent. Clear Score said African bank needs to rectify this so that I can get a credit, went to the African Bank branch sometime last year and they could not assist.

I urgently need this to be solved as I have never missed a payment or paid late. I really need credit and can only get one once this is resolved, and registration closes 22 March 2024, I need to pay apply for credit and pay and also apply for a cellphone contract as my phone stopped working......please please resolve this and send the response to the credit department
