Terrible Service

I have canceled my African bank credit card three weeks ago over the phone with the consultants but no help even today they said they will refund me within 4 working days but it has been three weeks i even went to their branch yet they told me it will be done i am still waiting till this day. <br> <br> You guys take forever to refund and cancel our applications yet you so quick to sign up new clients to get loans with quick responses to bind members without even educating your consultants to inform us how to terminate our credit cards professionally and speedy when we have to. <br> <br> This matter will not end here. <br> <br> Ref no: ***
