Terrible service
I got an acceptance letter stating I qualify for a credit card. CONGRATULATIONS your application for an African Bank credit card has been successful. Got the agreement, credit life etc stating what I qualify for, how much I must pay, did the debicheck with my bank. I then go and collect the card and they say sorry it was rejected. The agent at your branch says it was because they could not confirm with my work. Well no one phoned my work so that is a blatant lie. Who did you speak to How the hell do you people work. You cannot do this to people. You are so wrong.

13 Apr 2022, 12:43Query *** has not been resolved. This situation will never be resolved. Will see what the ombudsman will say then it will be resolved. Spoke to someone now from African Bank so still waiting for feedback which says on my sms will take 7 days and now all of a sudden it has been resolved. No ways
