Terrible service

African Bank service is pathetic from the branch to the customer services and supervisor. I am horrified at the service from Pearl in Southgate branch who I had to call to find out what is happening with my credit card application which was done from the 4th of June which is still not processed to date after having to go to the branch 3 times.The client services agent couldn't even give me a single answer the supervisor Busi was worse who put me on hold multiple times and still couldn't give me answers I regret even going close to them they are extremely ***********!!!!
