Terrible Service!!!!!!!!
I app**** for a personal loan on Saturday morning, 01/06/2019. I was told it would take 48 hours until the money was deposited into my account so it should be in by Monday. I have called African bank on Monday and today to find out what is happening and they keep telling me it is in the final stage, the money will be paid out shortly. The service is terrible!!!! Don't tell a customer one thing and then they have to keep phoning to find out what is going on!!! I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!
